Buy my art direct from me though online gallery BLUETHUMB (Jillian Crider)

I am offering my art for sale on the BlueThumb website  so that it is easy to purchase in a professional manner.

I can show my work in a gallery environment - buy with confidence, and with even some 'easy buy' options.  All work has a COA (certificate of authenticity). My work is sent from me personally, but BlueThumb handles all the details.

I currently have 24 artworks on this site, and even though it is a site for Australian artists, their sales Internationally are expanding rapidly.

They have help for collectors, and other advice.

I hope you will visit my profile, as you'll see a range of images to each artwork, the story behind my art and other pertinent details. Please - 'like' (heart) my artworks, follow me, and,  perhaps, buy any that you would like to have. It would be much appreciated.

While on BlueThumb, you might like to check out the works of other artists, too. There is some more great art to be seen there.

Thank you.

10 more dollhouse miniature (1:12 scale) paintings.

I'm doing an archive of all my art (no easy task). Currently working on my dollhouse miniatures. I'm up to page 4.
This is a link to this page on my 'artistjillian' website:
http://www.artistjillian.com/miniature-art-dh04
Graphic shown above is a pictorial summary of the 10 original paintings on that page. The page includes painting details. All are 1:12 scale.
Some of these were done for themed work for miniature enthusiasts (Paris/Tuscany) specifically for their dollhouses/room boxes.

OK. Page 2 - my 'new' website is up and running in its correct place. Starting to put up inventory and stories behind my artworks.
This is page 2 of my 1:12 scale dollhouse miniature paintings.
http://www.artistjillian.com/miniature-art-1-12-scale-page-2

You can see where my heart is - animals (dogs), garden/old things, beach/ocean/sunsets, and houses (particularly old ones - both shown are heritage homes). The first page I showed (last post) had animals (cats), birdlife, beaches, flowers/gardens, old things (buildings), and beaches.

The stories behind my art - #001 - 010 'dollhouse' 1:12 scale miniature original paintings.

I am getting my art together, along with the stories behind the paintings. This is the first page - numbers 1-10 of my miniature paintings in 1:12 scale - meant primarily for dollhouses, roomboxes, etc.

Defoors Art Auction and Exhibition.

My really exciting news is re the Atlanta Artists Center.
They have 2 events. First is their monthly show, which is juried. So I submitted 2 works for that.
Second is the 'Defoors' Auction and exhibition. This is a major fundraiser, and the artists are required to donate a painting, and then they can submit more for juried entry. I submitted 2 works for that, also (as well as the required donated piece).
I went last night to collect art work that had not been accepted after jury selection, only to find out that ALL pieces have been accepted. So I am really excited about that.
I'll let you know how all goes.
If anyone reads this, in Atlanta, the Defoors auction is at the Defoors Center on Friday 14th November from 6.30pm until 10pm. A great chance to get some original art!
The exhibition is open several days prior to the auction so you can view the work, and up until the 2nd December. Only a certain number of paintings will be for auction, the remainder will be as a 'regular' exhibition where sales can be made. Come see!
I may get to see you there!
Regards,
~Jillian

Arts Clayton - Jonesboro, Georgia.

Things have gotten a little busy, art-wise.
One local group (Arts Clayton) has a 'Mistletoe Market' the next 2 months, leading up to Xmas.
I took in some tin hearts container/baskets that I'd painted with roses a few weeks ago and the gallery manager said she loved them.
I recently received some small paintings from Australia, so took them and 10 of the hearts into the gallery on Saturday. I'm going to the reception for the opening tonight.
